Common questions
Bluehex is not replying to commands.
Check that Bluehex can see and send messages in that channel, that it has Embed Links, and that /status shows it as online. If it is offline, check our support server for announcements.
Slash commands do not show up.
Make sure Bluehex was added with the “applications.commands” scope. If not, add it again with the Add to Discord button. Also check that your Discord Integrations settings allow members to use commands in that channel.
Bluehex cannot give a role or moderate someone.
Bluehex’s role must be higher than the role or member it is acting on. Move Bluehex’s role up in Server Settings, Roles.
Who can use the setup and moderation commands?
Only members with the matching Discord permission, such as Manage Server for setup or Ban Members for /ban.
How do I remove my data?
Email us with your Discord user ID or server ID and we will delete the data tied to it. See the Privacy policy for what we store.
How do I report a bug or abuse?
Join the support server and open a ticket, or email us. Please include your server ID, the command you used and what happened.
You can also email your-email@example.com.
