- Tell us your server. Send the name or ID of the server you want Premium on.
- Pay as staff guide you. Staff will send the payment steps inside your ticket.
- Get activated. Once payment is confirmed, staff turn Premium on for your server.

How do I buy Premium?
Join the support server, open a ticket and choose the option for Premium. Tell us which server you want it for and a member of staff will guide you through payment.
How much does it cost?
Premium is $3.99. The page shows an approximate price in your own currency, and staff confirm the final amount in your ticket.
How long does activation take?
Staff activate Premium by hand once your payment is confirmed. It is usually quick, but it depends on when staff are online.
Is it safe to pay?
Only pay through a ticket in our official support server, and only follow instructions from members with the staff role. We will never ask for your Discord password or token.
I have a problem with my purchase.
Reply in your ticket, or open a new one and mention your server ID. Questions about refunds are handled in a ticket too.
