Features
What Bluehex does, how it works and which commands control it.
Welcome and onboarding
Greets every new member in a channel you choose with a welcome card. Pick a card style and accent colour, upload your own background, and write the message with placeholders for the member, the server and the member count. Send a test before you enable it.
Tickets
Post a panel with a button. When a member presses it, Bluehex opens a private channel that only that member and your staff role can see. When the ticket is closed, a transcript is saved so nothing gets lost.
Automod
Catches spam, invite links, excessive capital letters and words you ban. You choose what happens: delete the message, warn the member, or time them out. Staff roles can be exempt.
Anti-nuke
Watches for dangerous actions such as mass bans, mass channel deletions and permission changes. If someone, even an admin, goes too far, Bluehex can stop them and protect the server while you respond.
Moderation
The tools your team uses every day. Actions need the matching Discord permission, so only the right people can use them. Warnings are stored per member, and you can review or clear them at any time.
Levels and ranking
Members earn XP for chatting. They can check progress with a rank card, compare on the leaderboard, and unlock roles at the levels you set. You decide the XP rate and the level-up message.
Giveaways
Start a giveaway in seconds with a prize, a duration and a number of winners. Members enter with a button and Bluehex picks the winners when time is up.
Polls, reminders and AFK
Ask the community a question with a button poll, set personal reminders, or mark yourself AFK so people know why you have not replied.
Voice
Bluehex can stay in a voice channel around the clock so voice features are always ready. Check its connection at any time with the status command.
Embeds and branding
Create clean announcement embeds, and set how Bluehex’s own messages look in your server so they match your community.
Information
Quick lookups for members, servers and the bot itself, plus a status check and a changelog so you always know what is new.
Image cards
Welcome cards, bot info and latency checks are drawn as clean image cards instead of plain text. Upload your own background for the welcome card and pick an accent colour to match your community.
Security centre
See how well your server is protected and change it in one place. It brings automod and anti-nuke together so you can spot gaps quickly.
Channel control
Lock a channel during a raid or an announcement, calm a busy chat with slowmode, and clear spam in one go. Every change can be undone with unlock or by resetting slowmode.
Roles
Add or remove roles with one command, and combine it with level rewards and welcome roles so members get the right access without manual work.
Bot status
Check that Bluehex Portal is healthy at any time. See latency as simple bars, server and user counts, uptime and library version, or open the live status page.
Premium branding
Premium servers can give the bot their own look with custom embed colours, footers and images, so every message matches the community. See Premium.
