Bluehex Portal Add to Discord

Get started

You can have Bluehex running in about five minutes.

1. Add Bluehex to your server

Press the button below and choose your server. You need the Manage Server permission to add a bot.

2. Check the permissions

The Add to Discord link asks for the Administrator permission so every feature works straight away, including tickets, moderation and anti-nuke. If you would rather give Bluehex less, open Server Settings, Roles, Bluehex and lower it, but keep at least these or the matching feature will stop working:

  • Manage Roles for the role command, welcome roles and level rewards.
  • Manage Channels for tickets, locking channels and slowmode.
  • Kick Members, Ban Members and Moderate Members for moderation.
  • Manage Messages for purge and automod.
  • Send Messages, Embed Links and View Channels so it can reply.

3. Move Bluehex’s role up

Discord only lets a bot manage roles that sit below its own. In Server Settings, open Roles and drag Bluehex’s role above the roles it needs to give or moderate, but below your admin roles.

4. Run the setup commands

  1. Run /welcome setup to set your greeting.
  2. Run /automod setup to switch on spam and link protection.
  3. Run /antinuke setup to protect against rogue admins.
  4. Run /ticket setup then /ticket panel to start taking support requests.
  5. Run /levels setup if you want XP and level roles.

5. Test it

Try /ping and /status. If a command does not appear, see the Support page.
